The wine is made from early harvested Nero d'Avola grapes with a brief cold maceration on the skins. The wine has a medium pink colour with salmon highlights. The nose recalls raspberries and acacia flowers. On the mouth the taste is intense with a balanced freshness. This rosè is perfect for picnics. Chicken salad, vegetables, and cheese boards are the perfect pairing. Serve at 10-12°C. 12.5% ABV
