This wine has straw yellow colour with hints tending toward greenish. The aroma is almost wild, with hints of yellow bell pepper, sage, peach and a hint of tomato leaf. Soft and elegant nerbo, with long aromatic persistence. Perfect with mushroom risotto, tuna carpaccio, seafood spaghetti, grilled fish.
