This cheese is matured for at least 6 months and is made using traditional methods. It has a sweet and intense flavour and no lactose. It is typical of the province of Belluno, in the Veneto Region, near the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park. It's wonderful on its own or with a Malvasia passito wine. Whole wheel 6kg.
